Are there separate Clan Forums? And how do I access them or join my clans 'section'. I'm in Clan Oo, and i'm new to this site so I just need to know where that stuff is. Thanks.

There are seperate clan forums but they are not accessible because SEN made a boo boo. Wait until the administration fixes it up.
