William you are a handsome young man.
yip
Personally, I think the garbage picture is very good.
There's been a few more since I last posted.
A gull foraging along the edge of the River Thames.
St. Paul's Cathedral from the opposite bank of the river.
An HDR shot in Canary Wharf.
A burning of a scale model on the river to commemorate the Great Fire of London in 1666 (I couldn't get to the front...)
Aaannd because one of these wouldn't normally be complete without a shameless self-portrait...

Cool HDR. 5 stops?
fuck you all
On the HDR, which I've noticed seems skewed -.-, there were three exposures, -1EV, 0EV, +1EV. So I guess the range would be 3 stops.
None.

It is very skewed also you don't correct your lines in your pictures for example the HDR has the horizon line really at an angle
fuck you all
Hmm, interesting. On the version I uploaded to Google Photos the lines are corrected, but not on Flickr. I've tried to fix it - take another look.
I confess I have difficulty aligning photographs, especially where there are multiple tilted horizontal and vertical lines and I can't see the actual horizon. The lines were obvious in the HDR one though.
It's a technique problem while shooting (it's not a good idea to tilt your head...), and then a perceptual one in post-processing.

Well, it's relatively easy to correct on post processing, just use the crop tool which you can rotate and align and then crop.
Shooting properly is far more difficult to correct but it helps if you use the aids in your camera, depends on what you shoot with you might be able to have help lines on the visor or dots. I usually use the focusing dots but that might be just a canon thing.
Also, no longer available.
fuck you all
Yeah my camera has a few things to assist - a grid (which I use) and a virtual horizon (which I've just discovered).
The rest of the photos I've uploaded to Flickr are

I'm already on instagram.

I stole the eye things around the eyes from One Punch Man's Sonic.
Yet more landscapes.
And one with more natural lighting (i.e. standard dynamic range)

More like cityscapes but ok.
They're amusing. Got them in .hdr and wanna share them?
Interested in the first one for rendering.
fuck you all
Yes I guess the photographic term would be urban landscapes or something.
I didn't save the .hdr files at the time (I just exported to .jpg) but can probably recreate the first one at least. I just tried that and the HDR file is 60MB or so.
This link should work - let me know if not:

My first attempt at fireworks. I just happened to be walking home with my camera and there was a family setting some off on the beach.

I have no idea what to put here... So I guess I'll just put this here.
Happy Halloween my fellow SENers from this rebellious nun.
I agree, however I'm excusing myself slightly due to the shooting conditions and having not attempted to photograph fireworks before. I managed to get it sharp at least, and I liked the light trails from the long exposure which seem to have been influenced by the wind.
Plenty of time to practice shooting fireworks in the next few days!
