Especially since in the cinematic at the end of the episode showed some propaganda where it showed that he sacrificed himself rather than treated as a traitor in DuGalle's eyes under Duran's speeches.

In fact he was. Had a bad relation with Kerrigan in some way, killed by Zeratul, never supported the Jormungand cerebrate but only warned it.

Toreno and The Truth from GTA San Andreas have to be my favorite minor characters. Toreno's comments when he don't want anything to do with you is hillarious sometimes (especially the one you get from him after stealing a Herrier and shooting some targets for him, when returning to your airport). The Truth is just... weird.

I loved Griggs and Sheckly from Half-Life 2: Episode Two. They were complete utter bags of fun madness. :D

Jaina Proudmoore in WarCraft III is incredibly a minor character. You control her only in three missions in the Human Campaign, she only made an appearance in the Orc Campaign only twice if she is talking to Thrall. She never made an appearance in the Frozen Throne but in the orc campaign only once as you control her.
