Bowser (Super Mario 64 and Super Mario World)
Least climactic ending EVER. I love strider battles [do they count?] FUN WoW bosses, they're pretty cool. |

I would guess that Shadow of the Colossus has the best ones, since every enemy in it is a boss... Haven't played it, though.

Possibly the hardest final boss ever. Maybe slightly easier than Sara in Megaman Legends 2, or Expert Lou in Guitar Hero 3. |

I don't really care how hard a boss is, just how 3PIC the fight is. However, most games fail to have epicness in their final boss.

Nothin' special about these. I just enjoyed them as a kid playing video games.

Most annoyingly hardest boss ever. I hated this fight sooo much. You really wouldn't of expected this to be so hard. Maybe it was the impossible to dodge homing missles, or the fact that you had to go through 6-7 different phases just to take her out. Jinjonator(SP) Ftw. |

Huh, you know, I don't remember Grunty being that hard. I remember I only fought her once. What was more annoying is, I remember I used to suck at the finishing the game, and I couldn't get 900 Music Notes to open the door to the board game. Then I remember having to find all the fairy sister locations to get the secret info on Grunty. Keep in mind, I didn't have the internet to look up this info back then (Lol, she brushes her teeth with rotten cheesy). After that it was all down hill. I got all the secret eggs in the game (didn't bother getting the key). I think there's still some doors I haven't opened from the end of the game or something. Boy, I should really revisit that game.

Donkey Kong 64 Banjo-Kazooie Conkers Bad Fur Day Banjo-Tooie Speaking of the Ice Key. Was there ever any legit way of getting it. (Without the game shark cheats) |

I hated the battle in one of the FF games, dammit, I can't remember which, you're fighting Seymours aeon, the one that instantly kills your party members each turn, then overdrives and hits everyone 50 times with 500000 damage per hit. So gay.
Then I beat it, that's the battle I found out that tidus is actually useful [he hits really fast] and when he crits he CRITS |

Ahh the Ice Key and Secret Eggs. Possibly the biggest unexplained mystery in a game ever. The Legendary "Stop N' Swop" Someone had a theory that the Stop N' Swop spanned across more than one game. Donkey Kong 64 Banjo-Kazooie Conkers Bad Fur Day Banjo-Tooie Speaking of the Ice Key. Was there ever any legit way of getting it. (Without the game shark cheats) The was baasically no door that you could open at the end of the game. The only thing you could get after beating the board game was the red honeycombs. And there was a legitimate way to get the Ice key and the 3 eggs that bottles show you at the end. (bottles only shopws 3 of 6 eggs) I was very disappointed at the fact that they didn't really do anything at all and yet more disappointed when they didn't explain what they were on Banjo-Tooie, they just were like "Oh yeah get the eggs and uh.. just get them and problem solved from Banjo-Kazooie". And there was also a way to dodge homing missiles you just had to use the gold feathers shield and it would do you nothing. You didn't even have to stay there and waste feathers you just pressed Z + CUP (If I remember corretly) with good timing and then release it and it would look like if you started using the shield but it didn't actually remove the gold feather. I really liked Banjo-Tooie (even a little bit more than Kazooie) because they got more creative in that one, sure it costed some graphics quality, but I mean they brought boss fights on every level, Banjo and Kazooie spliting up was just an insanely awesome idea, Kazooie totaly pwns and <3 spring shoes.Plus jolly roger lagoon was a really beautiful level. The clues on getting the secrete items on Banjo Kazooie legitimately were found on Banjo Tooie. My fav. battle has to be the one on grunty industries with the metal thing that I don't know what it is. But the battle I have always enjoyed was Volvagia. I also liked the first battle between Dante and Vergil on DMC3. The game starts with Dante dieing and you think that on that battle, when you beat Vergil, it will change to something else, but it doesn't. Dante Dies
