Is there anyway to detect when a unit is not in another location? Like instead of "brings to location" is it possible to create a trigger or a system of triggers that can detect when a player is not in a location but in another?

To do a "not" you can just use two triggers. The first one checks the location normally (if player brings unit to location, then set a switch, or whatever), the second is based on the result of the first (switch it clear, do stuff).
