I think attachment images should be thumbnail sized (make a separate image for the thumbnail, so total page size is smaller) and expand on click, and [img] images should only be scaled if they are above 640x480 (size of a SC screenshot)

Seems like the majority wants full size/full size on click. So, if a image is like 2000x1500, you want it in still contained in the post area? That's my main concern. It would distort the page once you click it (or if it exists as is).
