i'm not a pro, but with SCMD you can only set the time to " 10 + " = 10 ms or it will crash starcraft :}

You cannot set build times to 0 or you might crash your map, but 1 will work. As you probably know upgrades/techs CAN be set to 0.

Lol Echo... the trick you are speaking of is only needed for X-tra editor. But this one is completely obsolete nowadays imo. Use ScmDraft 2 instead then you can enter 0 directly - plus a ton more advancements. Also you can not use the 8729 trick to force 0 build times - the game will crash.
