someone, SCPM does the opposite: It creates Terrain out of a given picture. Your error message does not sound familiar at all, so I guess you are using Windows Vista? Did you check if SCPM4 is Vista compatible? You could also try SCPM3 because it does not need .net installed (afaik), which might be the problem. I'm just throwing ideas in. Hope something helps.

if you want scpm 4.0 I can help you on east server sometime after sunday when I get back from florida... otherwise keep using scpm 3.0 it's only a little worse then 4.0.
