I think that list is in the Appendices of the StarCraft and Brood War strategy guide; If you wanted a book reference.

Yeah. Readme.hlp (Tips, Tricks, other info -> Damage types and unit sizes) and BroodUnits.doc in your starcraft folder contain that info too. However "BroodUnits.doc" has a mistake: Corsair was patched to explosive damage a while ago. The file never got updated.
