ah jesus, cant see my font and what im typigning, so excuse the typos plz. The old skin got screwed up from this new uupdate. im using cl classic. Ok, so heres my question

OMFG I TPYED THIS LINE OVER 3 TIMES!!!! OK, one last time.

I have 30 interceptors, all lined up nice and pretty. The only problem is, i need tthem to move on a desired, twisted path. I plan on doing this with multple triggers, all set off by a switch, and then all of them set off by a switch, and then have them ... shit... ok, i want all of the interceptors to move on a desired path by using multiple locations, and having a set of ttriggers, and basically each trigger will be like something like this

Trigger
Description:

Players:
¤ Current Player
¤ Run AI Script- Set Generic Command Target at NEXT location
¤ Make these units patrol to upper left hand corner AT CURRENT LOCATION

Conditions:
¤ .... shit...

Actions:
¤ ... crap.

awwww jesus... OK Let me try again.

Trigger
Description:

Players:
¤ Current Player

Conditions:
¤ Always

Actions:
¤ Set Generic Command Target at NEXT LOCATION

And then the upper eft hand corner trigger run ai script.

I try to run a multitude of these triggers, but (one for each turn, because they wont work if theyre in the same trigger, but it only does the first one! Is there a way i can make a path for these interceptors? WIth turns? Can i only have one of these AI scripts at once?

Well, since both are Location AI's, Set the Generic Command Target, at each location on the corner, once an interceptor reaches that one, use the Patrol AI only at that location, and make sure you reset the generic command target to the next corner first, only use it at that location, or the other interceptors will veer off the path to get to the next corner.

Its Really really really really glitchy. Sometimes the interceptor line is so long, some interceptors veer off.

Yeah, if the line gets too long it might glitch up.

Wait... Is the AI for them to patrol to the generic command point run at a certain location? Or everywhere?

It's simple then, you just run through, set the generic command target to the end of a path, then only run the AI for interceptors on THAT path, then you set it to the end of another path and run the AI for that path.

That's why I asked:

QuoteWait... Is the AI for them to patrol to the generic command point run at a certain location? Or everywhere?

I was wondering if the AI effects all interceptors anywhere, or if it's for a specific location. If it's not for a specific location, they will veer off.
