COVID-19 MAFIA
In the wake of 2020 a virus, already having spread through some part of asia and europe took the world as a surprise, this very infectious virus managed to quarantine the whole physical world and, guess what? It has now spreaded to the digital world and is now infecting SENNERS!
HOW TO PLAY
This game will be about investigation and deduction more than anything, players will need to figure out who they were in contact with and with this information, that's either kept secret or publicly posted figure out who is COVID-19 positive.
This means that no one knows who is actually COVID-19 infected until said person dies at Night 2.
One player role will have the power to apply a vaccine to help spread COVID-19 following his own choice or a democratic discussion, he can use his skill however he wishes.
It is up to you to figure out who patient 0 was, who to vaccinate, who to visit or if you should just stay home.
Humans win when COVID-19 is cured.
COVID-19 wins when everyone is dead.
There's no enemy here, it is just you against COVID-19, can you beat it?
ROLES:
HUMAN:
A wonderful human being, ignorant of its imminent death. Can be COVID-19 infected or can not be. Who knows?! This role may choose to "visit" one person during the day, though, they are not forced to use this skill. Humans may visit each other only during the day. They can do so by PMing me (though the person being visited WILL be notified) or they can publicly post it for everyone to know. Humans get infected, with 50% chance, the same night of the day they were visited and die the next night.
DOCTOR:
A doctor is a more than wonderful human being that has the ability to cure COVID-19. He can vaccinate one person during any day. This role is chosen at random and publicly posted. While it is encouraged for everyone to come to a decision on who to vaccinate, the doctor may choose to vaccinate anyone he wishes. Doctor may also become sick from being in contact with someone with COVID-19 at a 25% chance.
COVID-19 POSITIVE:
At the beggining one player will be chosen at random to be COVID-19 positive. This player will NOT be notified of this and will, innevitably die at night 2. Sorry.
RULES:
1. The game will start at Day 1.
2. One participant will be chosen at random to be COVID-19 Positive and *they will not be informed*.
3. You may "visit" people only during the day, at your own risk, you can choose to #StayHome. If you do wish to visit someone you have to PM me the night before, to keep it a secret from everyone else but the person you visited (They will be PM'd that you visited) OR post it publicly for everyone else to know.
4. While visiting someone is optional, on day 0, all participants will be forced to "visit" one person on day 0, they must PM me who they want to visit failure to PM me another player will be chosen at random for you.
5. If two or more people choose to visit the same person, only this person will know this (unless it's made public) but take in mind that this counts are if they all were in contact with each other that day.
6. Diseases spreads in 1 day and you day after 2 days. This means that if you were in contact with someone with COVID-19 on day 3, you'll already be infected in night 3 and die in night 4.
