What is the integer in this TrigEdit trigger for playing a wav sound?

Is it the duration of that audio file in miliseconds?
What happens if I change the number to be greater or less than the duration, will it stop short?
None.
I don't know why you have a 2nd argument for that action in the 1st place tbh. PlayWAV only takes 1 argument, the filename.

It's a duration, I don't know the exact mechanics but I know the purpose is to have WAVs play more accurately when their length cannot be auto-determined; you're best off setting it to the duration, in game seconds, of the WAV.
