How do I change the graphics of units/buildings with the remastered version? I've tried copying the proper file structure with samase but that doesn't work at all, so I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, and I can't find any info on this.

Changing the graphics of Starcraft is not supported at this moment. You can only change the mapping between the existing units/flingies/sprites/images.

zzt, Neiv released a tool designed to pack changes to the .anim files. Its thread is in this very subforum.

luc, actually processing changes is pretty arduous and requires a lot of modifications for new assets. If you can provide more info on the steps you've already taken and what exactly you're trying to change, that'd help us help you.

I won't parse those correctly - I do not remember why, maybe it was the embedded nulls in stat_txt.tbl, but I clip strings at the next offset in the table header and don't search for a nul byte
