Ok here i go, im Teuflischer#1480 (if want to add me) Remake of classic Zombies STG (Halo, CounterStrike, etc), in SC the closest to "the Thing" map.
As the name implies, there is a infected being who must infect others (the game end's if all got infected), while the humans must survive (Kill 50 infested).
EUD's: *Have a realistic ammo system (bullets used when fired, not the traditional kill/ammo) *Revive System working
Triggers: *An infested camouflage (Arbiter + Unburrow) *Environmental sounds (Footsteps, creepy background) *Static Camera and Auto attack (Skillshots not required) *3 types of weapons/unit, each one with different ammo per clip.
Bugs & Balance: *Only if the first infested is really noob (or humans are too good), the game will snowball *The text display could be annoying
Tank Defense X,remastery of classic Tank D maps. (The only author I could find in my map DB is "dzegers", I'm sure there are others)
The Classic Format: -4 Players -Enemies spawn at both ends of a long track, and they try to get to the other side -Kills for minerals or more units -Build SCVs over time to have steady income stream
Brand New Concepts: -A few additional units (other than tanks) to spice things up -Hero Units: Takes lots of kills to earn one, but they do massive damage -EUD Weapon Upgrades: Expensive but powerful upgrades that can increase weapon speeds and amplify splash damage (Heroes automatically have speed upgrades) -Gamble Button: Use this to gamble 100 minerals. You can choose to gamble for units or make profit. -Crowd Control Button: Have a leak? No problem. If you have the money, use this to deal immediate heavy damage to enemies. Its not efficient to spam it though. -You are allowed 5 lives, which will make gameovers less sudden. There is an option to buy extra lives. -Dozens of cool sound effects -Custom made Minimap art
Notes: -Should be 100% bug free -Like the classic Tank D's, this has a sharp difficulty curve halfway through -Map will soon be posted to Showcase

It's about 85% complete. I still need to make the remaining 2 of 3 levels and balance high tier units. I haven't tested it with other players yet so I recommend you play it solo.

Hey peeps. The judging is still going on? Perhaps the maps were so awesome that there were many ties? Unfortunately, it seems I won't be winning first-place prize because of a major glitch that I've recently found. (words cannot express my disappointment) I will be sure to destroy you all next time

I think you may find viewing this beneficial we found a lot of bugs including the major glitch you speak of (where attack speed makes all the upgrades cost zero effectively breaking the difficulty of the game) as well as suggestions for gameplay improvements were offered.
