jjf I may be a scrub at fashion but I'm sure that that shirt doesn't fit you correctly fam
You can deal with the excess material a bit with using a military tuck but basically the shirt's too big for you.
Red tie is very bold, but that's up to you. However, it's tied too short; the highest it should get is with the end tip at the top of your belt buckle, but generally as long as it ends somewhere in the width of your belt it should be fine. I would say for your figure it is too wide, as well. Consider a thinner tie in, say, a deep orange. Still bold and attention-getting but fits better with your colours, and is a little bit out of the mould, making you stand out more.
If you want to use the same tie/don't have time to replace it, use a different knot to increase the length (e.g. four in hand).
I'm also going to be a hater and say you need a more modern haircut, something which gets the hair off your forehead, brings the sides a lot shorter. It will help make you look less juvenile while still looking youthful.

I agree, the shirt is not your fit. I also agree with the tie, it should hang at the belt buckle line, like Jack said. I wouldn't consider an orange tie, though, because of your skin tone. Deep basic colors would do you good. Red, Blue, Green if you're going for a single colored tie but quite honestly I don't like those. I'm more of a fine textured tie type if I am to wear one (I don't wear them much). You definitely can pull the glasses, though they look weird because of the outfit isn't casual enough, loose the tie and also unbuckle the top button of your shirt. A watch would also be a nice accesory, please not one that includes a calculator... and for god's sake, that belt is terrible. Seems like you've had it since you were a child.
