Anyone get frustrated today that there's so many good games and not enough time to play them? I'm not talking about games in general, but actual games you WANT to play but don't seem to be able to due to the amount of time you have in a day, and then you start getting a backlog that piles up?

What is the future tense for "backlog"?
There are a handful of upcoming games I want but feel like I will not give them any attention.

Such include:

Rock Band 4
Fallout 4
Dead Island 2
We Happy Few

I have struggled to bring myself to play video games for couple months now. I still have a massive collection of games I have yet to touch.

I'm collecting quite a lot of games and I'm becoming lazier and lazier to even bother completing them.

I have two lists, one is a list of games I already own but haven't got around to playing, and the other is the list of games I may be purchasing in the future, thus making my backlog bigger.

I keep jumping from game to game, and can't find the time to play anything for long periods of time.

Recently I've been playing/wanting to play:
Witcher 3 (I'm half way through but can never find the time to sit and get into it to finish it)
Ark
Mortal Kombat X
Creativerse

I have 100+ games on Steam I've wanted to try but have never opened.

And in the future, games like Overwatch, Star Citizen, Rock Band, Uncharted, Crowfall, and For Honor will be added to that list sadly.

This is so true for me too, but most of the games in my library are casual games so they're just puzzles or else short.

Namely though, I want to finish Scribblenauts (no excuse why this isn't done yet. I genuinely love this game), Battleblock Theater (I'm soooo close. I can feel it. But I forgot the mechanics so I think I'd have to replay old levels to finish it. ;_;), and Recettear, because Capitalism, Ho! Oh and Hatoful Boyfriend because lol those endings. I also want to finish Pokemon Black, and Persona Q for my DS. I preordered Persona 4 Dancing All Night and that'll be out at the end of next month. I'm playing Kirby and the Rainbow Curse too cause Kirby. AGGGHHH.

I really want Mind Zero, because apparently it is such a ripoff of P4 it's kinda funny. Untouched games on my Steam Library I want to play are Uru, Please Don't Touch, Never Alone, Memoria, and Hyperdimension Neptunia.

I have a problem.

I still need to finish Alien Isolation, Hotline Miami, The Talos Principle, and F.E.A.R. I really should actually play the games I already have rather than just stockpile them.

I'm seeing a common theme here. I also have a big backlog because I can't find the time to play things through to completion, or sometimes even start them.

Such are the ways of adulthood.

Just buy an online multiplayer competitive game, then there is no end-game and you never end it and just pour thousands of hours into it without ever needing to spend more money on another game!

So far I've done that with Brood War followed by Dota 2 and I'm rich, doctors hate him!

THIS is the reason why I have a backlog. I play multiplayer games too much that the singleplayer games just don't get completed. Especially huge games like Witcher 3 which require dozens of hours of time in order to complete.

CoD: AW for the PC really put a stop to that for me because a lot of the people I ended up matched with had potato-grade internet.

I actually want to finish Alien Isolation. I stopped playing for quite a while, then came back to it recently. The save system could be better.

I think the save system works just fine for the effect that they were going for.

The game should autosave when you are transferred to another map. I don't like that if you die, you will go back to a save from another map. Keep in mind, sometimes mistakes are made. What if you save, then keep dying after each time you load from that particular save?

In my library I have Bioshocks, Blands2, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, and Amnesia Machine for Pigs. I've played some or all a bit, but not enough. I've been playing Fallout 3 mostly lately, but it can be a week or more between days I actually play it ... Working 40 hours a week and being an avid sleeper (and procrastinator) makes for very little time for things I both want and need to do. ;o

It's... big.
