Hello SEN, I'm here to help a friend who's looking to make a tower for gaming. He's a huge nub but you may know him as ErA or EvoKe back in the days of Starcraft. He made some bounds and stuff. He's a pretty cool guy who bounds shit and doesn't afraid of anything. Problem is he's too shy to ask anyone for help and he's picking out the parts himself. I was wondering if anyone could help out on this. His budget is $600-$800 on a tower only. He needs everything that comes in a tower, CPU, OS, GPU, etc. Thanks for reading and/or replying.

Firstly, I should mention that PCPartPicker doesn't pick up on many major sales, so if you just took these builds as-is, you'd be spending more than you should. If he has the time and patience to wait for sales to appear, it will be much easier to hit his budget goals without going cheap on any particular component.
