Based on that archived page, you were born in 1906. Middle school must have been rough if you were held back for almost a century.

Relatively ancient and inactive
I'm not active anymore, and tend to visit just a few times a year to say "Hi" and see who's still here. I'd joined ten or so years ago, stop being active when I went to college (which, sadly, largely coincided with SC2) for Electrical Engineering, and currently work as a software engineer in NJ.
None.

NJ? Lets hang out sometime Cent!
I joined back when I was 15 or 16 - my profile says I joined in June 2004 however I'm pretty sure I was here earlier. I'd been playing around with the StarCraft Campaign Editor and joined up at SEN to ask a bunch of stupid questions, but ended up sticking with the community and becoming a mod and then a global mod... I was never very good at the mapmaking thing.
I joined SEN at a similar time to joining other online communities. I had joined GameFAQs in February 2003 and became a member of LUE (Life, the Universe and Everything), one of the irreverent and crazy boards like Something Awful and 4chan (though not as bad as 4chan). I then became a member of UK Learning (now The Student Room) in February 2004, and remain a member there (on and off) to this day. I'm not sure why I got so engaged in all these forums but it was probably because I didn't really have much of a community in real life at the time.
I also programmed
robots at around this time. I was working part time as a waiter and a hotel porter from the age of 16.
My slow withdrawal from SEN began in 2007 when I was in my first year of university. Since then I've had a bunch of responsibilities which make it difficult to spend significant amounts of time on web forums. I did some work as an evening restocker at a hardware store, as a delivery driver and as a caravan inspector (don't ask). However I mainly worked as a bartender through my university years and between that and uni work I didn't have much time for SEN.
I completed my history degree in 2011 and was short of money so I started working for a large bank in customer services. I remember one of my professors asking me at graduation - "are you sure they are going to appreciate what you can do?" After a while I moved over to dealing with complaints at the bank (because I'm good at investigating stuff) and then when I realised my professor was right I started working for a non-profit quasi-governmental organisation which independently reviews complaints against banks and all other financially-related companies in the UK.
So I moved to London to work for this organisation and I'm still here. Would like to earn more money, but the work is good and I don't feel like my soul is being chipped away slowly like it was at the bank.
None.
Aw so much nostalgia in that list...
Honest to god I wish I knew whatever happened to BeeR, Bolt and Spaceboy. I liked them!
Yeah... wasn't BeeR from Puerto Rico? So many people from that list that are long gone.Correct. And on that note I believe Spaceboy was from Canada? I know he did some robotics stuff in high school...I think he even met Yoshi IRL once.
I don't count, but I'm bound to be having my first associates by the end of this year. Also I lead one of the largest clans on Firefall.

Sure I didn't pop off on SCBW like I wanted to, but I won VRChat. Map maker for life.
Whatever happened to Yoshia/Mike Lat? I remember checking on Latova a few years ago to find that he had just ceased development and abandoned it.
EDIT: How about Syphon? That guy was cool.
tits
Yoshi is more successful than most of you will ever achieve.
Also he's doing well.

Only because he indirectly locked me in this cage.

One day I wish to achieve my true Mike potential and reach Yoshi_da_Michael level success.

Yoshi_da_Michael? Who's that?
it was Yoshi_da_Sniper... unless you were making some sort of joke I did not get
fuck you all
It was an old joke about how all SEN Admins have been named Michael, and that was clearly a requirement for full Admin status.
Currently Working On: My Overwatch addiction.
No, its a requirement of SEN to be named Michael. Everyone is Michael.
We are Michael.

Same story as the rest of you hacks. Joined SEN in middle school or so. College, degrees, now research scientist at a defense contractor. Don't fuck with me or I'll blow you up with my satellite lazer beams.
Most notable life achievement to date:
None.
ALL PRAISE YOUR SUPREME LORD CORBO
Does that mean you're one step closer to becoming batman?
fuck you all
I joined in college in 2005. FML you guys have awesome jobs for being in middle school 10 years ago...
I graduated in engineering, failed miserably to find a job for ~6 months, worked part time for a year and a half, finally my neighbor down the street suggested I apply for a tech support job at her healthcare company.
I only just now got a decent/not dead end job. Can't say where I work due to NDA/paranoia, but I'm headed to the Bay Area, CA in 2 weeks to drink vodka with my boss and talk to some software/electrical engineers, yay. I also didn't go to college for racking/stacking servers.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"
I graduated with a bachelor's degree in math. After which I tried looking for a job and couldn't get one. So now I'm in grad school for math
I am a Mathematician
Does that mean you're one step closer to becoming batman?
Ironman was the defense contractor...
...batman was just a boy with rich parents
I have joined SEN in October 2005, it seems.
I am grateful to SEN for having played an enormous part in my process of learning English, and it has also oriented my life toward programming a little bit (and it finally paid off when I won the map-making contest Blizzard hosted last year!).
I am now travelling the world. I have been hitchhiking around for over 4 years now, and am currently in Honduras, on my way to Argentina.
I was supposed to meet with Corbo in El Salvador just a few days ago, but that did not turn out to work. However, to cross into Nicaragua, I will be going back toward the Salvadorian border, so it might then happen (shout out to you, Corbo!).
My futur is quite uncertain. I have no idea what I will end up doing with my life, but as of now, I am definitely enjoying the adventures!
