she*

I am looking for old GRP files that include (and in particular I am searching for these):

1) an "emo" Zealot (psi blades were coloured black)
2) an "emo" Sarah Kerrigan (I forgot the modifications specifically -- probably had something to do with black and purple)

I faintly recall these being on Corbo's website, but I don't think the website is up anymore.

Can anyone help?

EDIT:

More hints:

I have checked http://corbobo.dyndns.org/ but it is down. I have also checked the Internet Archive, but no GRP files are there.

Apparently, they were from an "emo StarCraft" mod.

I think Entropy's Edge used an altered Kerrigan model. Likely not the one you're looking for but could be a replacement if you can't locate the other. There's also a Kerry GRP with blonde hair I think.

I recently discovered that someone saved the Maplantis database here, which contains every file that was ever uploaded to it. I downloaded it to get a hold of GRPs lost in the history of time. Perhaps it's buried in there, somewhere.

Oh god, I did not even remember that I made those xD

Hilarious, those were for EmoCraft, a mod that existed with the only purpose to mock Ex :P

I might still have them, if you can get ahold of my skype account or mail do contact me. I'll try to find them for you, I SHOULD have a backup of the database...

And yeah, corboland's dead, sorry.

P.S. You can ask farty.

Lanthanide -- D2 sound design not nearly as good, but it's a far faster game
[08:58 pm]
Lanthanide -- most of the monsters were very distinct just from their sounds (vipers were a bit meh, in particular), and given the slow methodical nature of D1, listening for monster sounds played a big part in how you progressed
[08:57 pm]
Lanthanide -- Diablo 1 had amazing sound design, skeletons sounded so great to kill
[08:57 pm]
Lanthanide -- if you listen to SC2 sound effects, particularly spells via an mpqeditor, they're all just generic womps and wisp sounds
[08:56 pm]
Lanthanide -- the sounds in SC1 are a bit cartoony, like d.matrix and irradiate sound effects, but they clearly stand-out from anything else in the game

Pr0nogo -- yeah, hard to do worse than FK
[07:12 pm]
Voyager7456 -- so this'll be a step up then

Pr0nogo -- @voy i can't believe you'd request that i stream that map when i've been playing fucking flame knives for 3-4 hours twice a week smh
[07:07 pm]
Pr0nogo -- so when a bunch of explosions are the same (sc2) you're not going to be able to read things as easily
[07:07 pm]
Pr0nogo -- sound is a big part of readability too, especially in 3d games where readability tanks due to incompetent graphics artists (and all blizz games have pretty ass particles, see war3 etc)
