Hello Im in scm draft right now naming all my locations for my map. All of a sudden this pops up.
"Note, adding another location will prevent you from saving the map in SC Vanilla format. Are you sure you wish to continue?"
I just naming the locations for the map it will have death counts/trigger/? and possibly EUD stuff and a grid system blah blah. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks
None.
SC Vanilla has a location limit of 64 (including the pre-placed "Anywhere" location). Having more than 63 placed locations will prevent you from saving it as a .scm, but that shouldn't be a problem since everyone has Brood War.
I think you can save as .scm hybrid, though i'd have to recheck that - it prevents the map from being played without expansion installed.

You can. The "SCM Hybrid" or "Enhanced" saves both the vanilla and brood war sections.

You should just start your map as a .scx file, then this never becomes an issue.
