FF Dragonking, A Heroes Path RPG, and The Golden Knight RPG.
I don't know why but, for me at least, the SC1 editor could capture the RPG feel so much better than the SC2.

Kyprion pact. It's probably one of the oldest maps ever, as the first version was in 1999, before brood war was even out.
Uprising is also fun.
Space pirate war was never finished but it is still awesome. I wish I had finished editing it, but when I added hyper triggers it made the map terribly slow.

I loved Spellsword RPG. Its pretty much the only one i remember anymore, but rpg maps were my favorites and i had a ton of them in my folder on my junk pc.
