The console buttons are hardcoded. You're in for a long hacking session.
It's possible, and I don't think there was a long hacking session involved.

You merely changed the position of the buttons. You didn't add more.
I didn't do shit. That isn't my work.
There's a max of ten buttons in that command card, as opposed to the standard nine.

I'd need to see a better screenshot; it looks like the bottom-right part of the UI takes up the space where your supposed tenth button would go.
A little painteroo to show what I mean:
I can't actually find a command card that has all ten buttons filled in, so I'll drop it until I find something.
(user posted image) This is just a trick, the modder drawed 1 more button. The is another mod called Burning ground has 11 button slots but there only 9 buttons. I have ask them, they told me that it isn't posible to make more than 9 buttons.

Anything's possible with enough time, even if it involves rewriting StarCraft from scratch. I think Heinermann's saying it won't be practical to add more buttons because of the way SC was originally designed.

Thanks, I can understand more easier.
So where should I start ?
None.
You could try writing a plugin that uses another graphics library to display images on top of SC's interface, and probably also catch other interesting input. I think poiuy or a of s t said there were some people who actually did this successfully.
I myself have found that the FMOD sound library works (mostly?) fine in conjunction with SC.
