I'm going to hover at 4999.99 for a while, accumulating wonders, before I press on any further. Plus, I want to get together a gargantuan war chest for when we start the alliance. Probably looking at about two-three months before I'm ready to bankroll the alliance.

Well, 90 days' earnings is around $270 million after bills at my current size. Once we make the alliance I'll be giving out up to $45 million per month in building aid, a number which I can easily sustain. EDIT: Before I start saving up, though, I'm going infra to 4999.99 (so I look like I know what I'm doing) so maybe ETA of 95 days for that war chest. If 270mil isn't enough I can always expand it later. EDIT2: Turns out I got to 4999.99 just with my cash on hand, so I'm getting one more wonder before I start saving for the alliance. Same ETA as last edit.

Once we form SEN this time around, it will actually have nations that can trade tech, top tier nations which have lots of NS. We can offer guides and real enforcement. And it wont stand for Staredit Network this time. It would have to be something with the acronym of SEN. :|
