in SCMDraft, you have to use the trigger editor classic and type in "ID:15618". You can't use trigedit anymore or the UnitID will reset to 228.
Ideally you'd use the memory condition. However I'm sure you'd get this information if you read the tutorials.

Actually, if you're using the latest version, this is now also supported in the text trigger editor for conditions by the notation "Int:15618."
As for the memory condition, the equivalent to the EUD I used in the example map would be:
Memory at + 187425 is exactly 100861443
