Random unit buy problem

I have a system I thought would work relatively well but something went wrong, it only uses one unit not 5-6 like i need... It is probably obvious whats wrong if you take a look at it in game. Thanks in advance...

Please explain your system, what it's supposed to do, what it's doing wrong. Also, just post the map here. if you give us enough detail, we can just look through your triggers to find the problem instead of having to get on bnet.
