I did a cover of the song "Give Me Novacaine" by Green Day, i did guitar and vocals, it might not be the best ever but it's the first i've done so, suggestions on what i can do to better my performance.
I recored the vocals with my iMac built in mic, and the guitar. My dad has protools (what alot of artists use to record their stuff, alot of big ones) in the other room on our best pc, that i might use for my next cover, i just need to learn to use it first. I used garage band to put the song together...I didnt really add any effects so, yeah. http://www.myspace.com/sharpiepm check it out there... i'll put it on a youtube video soon. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SURREALISM: You have two giraffes. Less distortion.
MOAR treble on guitar. You are singing an octave below where Green Day does. Definitely use your dad's tools and get better quality. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() :: Firefox :: Trillian :: Crap Cleaner :: AusLogics Disk Defrag :: :: AVG Anti-Virus :: Spybot :: RegSeeker :: 7-Zip :: Winamp :: :: Audacity :: Irfanview :: OpenOffice :: |
