Also... why MUSHROOMS of all things. I mean they don't even grow green naturally. I feel like it'd be easier to get a green plant (herp, as in any of them) to be poisonous and fast growing. Or find a poisonous green plant and have it be fast growing.
But I mean, isn't most wildlife already fast-growing?
I guess you could take it to the next level and just make kudzu poisonous and able to survive... extreme... cold... err

I've hitchhiked over 6300 km now I guess, and still not a single bad meeting!
A hippie gave me a zip-lock bag filled with pot, which is awesome.
Also, in over two weeks, for two persons, we've spent only 40$, and it was all on food (since we always manage to find hidden spots in the cities or forests to set up a small camping site).
Two nights ago, I had my first dumpster diving experience, and it was epic: 3 full boxes of fresh and consumable vegetables and fruits, and one huge box filled with 100% untouched cakes and such!!
Anyways, I'm now searching for a job as a fruit picker, but apparantly I'll have to wait like 2 weeks because the season was too cold so everything is delayed.
Let's hope mall's garbages will be full during those!

I worked at Boots (a sort of high street chemists, opticians, health food, hybrid supermarket store). And I was fucking disgusted at the amount of food we threw away each and every night. We had like two refrigerated aisle units (about 4m x 1m x2m in size), stocked with the sort of 'meal deal' lunch stuff we'd sell. So, sandwiches, yoghurts, chocolate bars, sushi, all prepackaged foods really. And, if something expired on the 20th, and it was the 20th, we'd have to throw it out. Duh, that makes perfect sense. But when you end up with a two black bin-bags full of sandwiches and yoghurts and throw it into a dumpster... It just didn't sit right with me.
Especially since there are so many homeless people starving, would it really be so bad to just take this food and dish it out on the night of its expiry?
Anyways, [/end wasteful 1st world rant]. Glad to hear Payne hasn't been mauled by bears yet. Remind me to pay my Russian associates more, they are slacking.
