So I've tried the Mad Moxxi expansion single player. It was quite fun beating the 5 round challenges. But when I tried the 20 round challenges I got a thorough beating when the round numbers went to 2 digits. I realized I wasn't the least bit prepared with my Level 48 Brick and sub-standard weaponry.
So I went on and completed The Secret Armory of General Knoxx which raised my level to 62 and got me some kickass mods and weapons. Now I wanna try Moxxi again, single player if need be, but truth to be told Borderlands is just so much more fun with a few friends.
So who's got some 6-10 hours straight time to go onto the adventure of pleasing Moxxi 20 times with me? Please contact me only if you are absolutely committed to beating all 20 rounds. Nothing sucks more than wasting 5 hours and then your partner(s) has to stop playing because the girlfriend comes over or something.
Also if you've already completed Mad Moxxi (or not looking into tough as nails action) then we could play the Robot Revolution DLC or I've got some unfinished side quests from General Knoxx.
I might buy border lands soon as its now on PSN for 29.99, if your platform is the ps3 I'll contact you when i get it.

Platform is PC. I hate consoles.
How do you deal with the lag compensation in that game? I hate having to lead my shots (especially since I like to use Mordecai most). If I could deal with that, I'd love to get on and play with you (after I level my character

With Mordecai you have to aim ahead a bit anyway, unless you play him like a Brick.
I haven't noticed lag when I played with another friend, however I'm not very picky about these things. So I wouldn't know about lag compensation, or if it's necessary. Sry.
Borderlands fans rejoice!
Borderlands 2 is coming. Yay!

Edit (Now that I have time to make a proper reply): I absolutely loved the first game, and am definitely looking forward to this. Although Im still looking for a MG with like 500 rounds in it xD

I've been playing through the first again, when I got GOTY + all 4 DLCs for $15 off of Steam. Forgot how fun this game was.

Oh, I would so do naughty things to Mad Moxxi. Soft, maybe. But naughty.

Damn... How many 'acts' are there in Borderlands? I've just finished the Haven area.

Only 2-3 more and those are much shorter and pretty linear.
But don't skip on the DLCs. There's 3 campaign like DLCs with lots of content and an arena fight DLC.
For example poison's gun is a unique weapon dropped from a boss in the Armory of General Knoxx DLC. This baby is insane as it shoots all bullets in 1 long burst but with an incredible fire rate. Flavor text:

Plus with the right talents, you're practically unkillable. A kill gives you 7% shield regen for 5 seconds or so, and phase walk (with something like a 18 second cooldown which is reduced on each kill) will heal you for 7% of your health for 9 seconds or so.
