It's a project that WoodenFire and I started about 3-4 years ago. I quit the project due to school, and I haven't heard any news about Cresent Dyne lately. I assume the project has ended in a bust?

It was just an elaborate lie created by WoodenFire. It never existed, and his quitting starcraft only proves it. haha noobs.

Hence why I rarely discuss big projects with people that don't absolutely need to know. That way if it falls through, then no one has to know.

80 Page topic, its own website, and a bunch of faggots claiming to be working on the map saying OMG ITS GONNA BE SO GOOD, isn't just "discussing" a project.

I haven't heard from WoodenFire in over a year, at which point he was ALWAYS on b.net inviting me and a few other people to play the newest build.

I never saw any working systems other than day/night, spawning, and lighting trees on fire (Which was my idea.) I pretty much guarantee it dead.

Just here for the pie

Well it was pretty much dead from the start. No one, I don't care who you are, can make that big a map in 256x256 and have about 15000 triggers and be able to say: Yep, I did it all myself. It was only Lethal_Illusion doing triggers anyway.

Given length of time he had and with the tools available to him 15000 triggers isn't much. It's just that Wooden's a failure. Lethal you're a failure too.

Lethal are you still going to keep that crap you have hidden or will you finally show us what you actually have done so we can all laugh at how much it sucks.

When I started working on this with WoodenFire, it was pretty going alright. It was actually a sizable and manageable project. And as I left, I saw this RPG, that was once suppose to be simple with random spell casts and other things, turn into a some massive project with systems that were beyond StarCraft's triggering capabilities...
I was thinking of reviving it with it's ORIGINAL ideas, but by the time I finish, StarCraft II will come out so maybe not...

I wouldn't let that stop me if I were you.

Also: The trigger systems were possible. Unfortunately, nobody has such huge dedication to a map to finish those systems.

And yes, simplicity is that best.

I'd post it, but I think I lost all of them.

Even SENZP has complex trigger systems and AI. It's not just another quickly made zombie map.
