This page is read by University professors and students from around the world looking into developing AI in a commercial Real Time Strategy environment/sandbox.
Nothing too fancy please. Looking for a banner for the front page and an icon for the google code logo. The banner will probably also be used by various news groups that cover or take interest in BWAPI as well.
I'll also be using it for awareness posts once AIIDE 2011 is officially announced.
Heres something I whipped up for you. Not sure if its what you had in mind, but there is much to go on by your post.

Also could you keep it around or below ~600px wide? Not sure about height, as I don't know much about banners either.

lol, I was thinking of using some code from the project, but I didnt have time when I was making the original. Usually make banners that are between 850-1000px wide from 150-300px high, but I can make it 600x150 if it works better for you. I'll have a new version up later tonight.

I'm kinda wondering what that code above the part I gave is.
I think it would be better if there was more code that covers almost the entire brain.

Also I don't mind if you throw in your name(up to you), but make sure you specify that the
banner was done by you ("Banner by LosTZealoT" for example) and keep it extra small. Otherwise you'll get people asking for help with the API.
Also the logo/icon can be a maximum of 153 x 55 px. The banner just needs to fit on the (main wiki) page that appears first when you visit
http://bwapi.googlecode.com , I don't know what size Google Code attempts to scale that.

By icon I mean like the icon on the top left of the code page (the Starcraft Wraith icon is currently there) next to the giant letters "bwapi".
