I made this 'album' awhile ago of all of my favorite Trance songs that I liked. I plan on making Trance/Techno/Progressive styles of music as a hobby someday but for right now I like to put together my own mixes and see how they turn out. If anyone would like to download my 'albums' please go ahead and please leave comments on how they are if you don't mind. I'm up for both good and bad ones but feedback is always better than no feedback what so ever. I do highly recommend listening to this in the program Winamp or something of that sort and doesn't allow jumping between songs. All of the songs are mixed in the normal Trance style with one song flowing right into another and both of the sets just sound a ton better without any delay. I would however like to say thanks to Armin van Buuren though for getting me into Trance and putting this style of music into my life, he is the #1 DJ in the world for a reason, lol. You guys need to expand your minds, and listen to Trance that is TRUELY Trance. Not this "Pop-Trance" bullshit

Tech-Trance is okay, but Progressive Trance, well even more so Psychedelic Trance (And Goa Trance, because Goa Trance is essentially Psychedelic Trance) is what I would consider "Intelligent" music..

I never even herd of those styles of Trance and they sound odd when I downloaded some of the songs you said... They sound just different, that's all

Edited the first post to give the song listings for each of the albums. I have then within the zip file you download for both of the albums but I thought maybe putting the song list might catch some peoples eyes

I'd check out the type of Trance you listen to but its all the type of Trance that I dont consider Trance...

I'm pretty picky when it comes to my Trance.. Epic/Vocal Trance is considered "Pop" to me, and I really don't like it... Except the old stuff from like 00

Thanks for the input Kellimus. I can ashure you though that the only type of music in my album was Trance, Techno, Progressive, and Vocal Trance. I still havn't been able to find though other types of trance genres though...

What are you using to find it?

If you BitTorrent or anything, just type in the Genre of Trance that you wanna find, and you'll more than likely be able to find it.

If you use LimeWire, or any other P2P service, just type in the name of the genre.. E.G. "Progressive Trance", "Psychedelic Trance", "Goa Trance", ect...

Its not hard to find anything on the internet if you really try

What artists do you consider Techno, and what Genre of Techno?

I consider Techno, artists like D.A.V.E. the Drummer, Chris Liberator, Jeff Mills, ect...

Mostly Acid and Detroit Techno is what I really like

Most of the things I consider to be 'Techno' are the songs that have the less beats per minute in them considered to the Trance songs which will have more beats per minute in them. One good example of Techno would be Thomas Bronzwear - Resound or W&W - Mustang to name my favorites.

If anything, House has less BPM than Trance and Techno

House usually is 120-140
Techno usually is 130-150
Trance is usually 140-160
Hardcore is usually 160-220ish
Speedcore is usually 220+





I've been into this stuff for eight years now..

I've just started working on my second album called 'Trance For Life {Vocals To The Max}' which will be an "expansion" so to say from this album. I plan on making the majority of the album all about vocals since Vocal Trance is my favorite style of electronic music. I have been working on a lot of it so far but I plan to get something posted on here soon closer to the time when it is almost done. I have quite a long list of songs I am considering to be in the album but that is also being worked on. But by how things look, things should turn out good for this one. I hope that everyone enjoys it when I release it. Then again, I hope that a lot of people enjoyed this one that I put together, lol
