Which players were in the game when you got the unmoving DT?

I would want more info on the combat system... cause I'm really skeptical about turn-based RPG's in SC (they just don't work...)
But can 10 years prove me wrong? We'll see :D

Looks like an epic RPG.

BEWARE!
I'm watching you.. (signature image) .. as you Pee

It's actually relatively easy to make a turn-based RPG in SC. Just use death counters to keep track of the turn order, and add or subtract counters from each player's turn when a turn has taken place.

If you're asking about F&D's turn-based combat system specifically, it just uses 2 phases, which simplifies trigger work considerably. At least I think it was just 2 phases. I'll play it again sometime soon to confirm that. :p

F&D's 3 Phases:
-Player Item/Special
-Player/Persuaded Unit Attack
-Enemy Turn

Impelementation-wise, F&D uses switches since the system was experimental 10 years ago.

Also, the forced centering after skipping the first scene demands fixing. BRB.

Fixed! I'll update links and the readme within a day.

2.1 is up! True to my word, samsizzle! has his name in the credits for counting 2.0's triggers (2149). See the in-game ending.

Tinkerers and open source fans, rejoice! 2.1 contains an editable version!

Triggers: Thousands. I%uFFFDll put your name in the credits if you give me an accurate, exact count.
Exactly 2149 triggers. Do I get my name in the credits now?

I know it's been a year, but here's to anyone who hasn't yet played, or wants to play Fate and Destiny again!

Thank you everyone for your support, and happy Halloween and All Saints Day!

I find this hard to play with others because all the other players have to sit and watch basically, unless its a battle.

SLIGHT UPDATE:
I included the trigger code for the map and mission briefing in each ZIP. The map is otherwise unchanged.

Now everyone can use F&D 2.1's 'source code.'

Note: Small spoilers, minimized as much as possible
I finished the game without walk throughs, some stuff was weird like how I went to the treasure civs first in the area they were in. Then most of the other stuff was wacked. Like it told me to do the 2 tank on top 1 on bottom thing. I need them all to be unsieged to continue though.

Also, I lol'ed at almost all the jokes irl. Had a bag of chips handy so I opened them up while I watched the last cut scene. I liked the 'bloopers'. Also liked the Carrier scenes (he only had 2 including his 'blooper', but they were worth watching). Now, about that second disc....

...Where do I get it? :O
