Nice terrain, albeit a little blegh in some spots (such as the ramps in the middle).
I can't really comment on effectability and balance in terms of Melee, but the terrain looks good!

The only advise I could possibly give you is to only use XY symmetry from now on, its the only way you'll start going in the right direction.
