Disregard the lack of terrain. It's the triggers that are important.

Basically it's just a dialog which will function as a chat box of it's own with it's own text entry (once edit boxes are implemented), and arrows to scroll up and down in the chat log.It also displays the inputter's name and color.

Just use the default chat, and it will clear it from the default chat section, and put it in the chat box.

I think it's pretty neat.
