Building with Medivac Heal

Open the data editor. Go to the Units tab. Find the building you want to give the ability to. Edit the Abilities+ field and add the ability Medivac - Heal. Edit the Command Card+ field and add a button for Heal and set the Command type to Ability Command and the Ability to Medivac - Heal and the Ability Command to Heal.
