Tutorials are a step by step descriptions explaining how to achieve a certain goal (if there is not such a goal in the article it's content should be moved to the Category:Reference). Please note, that all articles describing the sole behavior of the StarCraft engine in a descriptive or reference manner fall into Category:Reference.
