Really good, I had told myself that it would be another nubby suckage ripoff, but it was exactly the opposite. Keep up the good work!

coo thx wel im working on my next call of duty map. the terrain is going to be roughly 8 times the size, many more missions, more sound effects, choice of guns, populated battle situations and a further sketched weapons system. im also thinking of a shared objective system, which involves a time limit for each objective.

You are another map making legend in my book!!!

I just finished it.
I liked the sounds and I'd like to see more :)

Would you rather I give you petty encouragement? How about I just give you a cookie? If you can't accept that people are going to criticize your work, then you might as well not bother with this site. I gave you reasons why this system is not new, but don't take it as a degradation. Instead, suck it up and get to work on an even better system. That is, if you're up to the challenge.

People on this site are jerkoffs for the most part. I'll give this map a try and let you know my honest opinion

man i dont know why i bother with this site. seriously, is there not one good thing to say about my map? fair enough, the system may have been done before that i didnt know about. however i worked fairly hard on it in the last few days, and all I wanted was someone to say, you know what gear, i like the way you produced the map, this concept has potential and you should take it further.. waste of my time really.

Um... I have a question, not really related, but...

Why is it that the picture shows on the menu, but not on the download page.
Just wondering.

I believe Rush and Trigger Happy Defense used a similar system of remembering ammo/magazine values (using death counters for storage isn't exactly new in any sense). As for highly advanced. "Highly advanced" are relative terms. I've seen much more advanced triggering than this in many maps. But, do you compare your work to other maps in general, or to those that are esteemed as great? Now, I'm not trying to undermine this map, but calling a trigger system "new highly advanced" is a pretty big claim, when, in actuality, it most certainly is not.

MetalGear wrote on Nov 13 2008, 6:03 am:
i have implanted a system which allows the player to switch between weapons at any time. the game remembers your current round and total ammunition for each gun. also, the guns are unique in their ammo/magazine values and reloading times. i wrote a hell of a lot of triggers just for this system, and my point is, that its NEW because its never been done before, and its obviously HIGHLY ADVANCED compared to most other maps out there. im not trying to make a statement about being a genius, which i am anyway lol whatever..

I'm having trouble grasping the "new highly advanced weapons system." Particularly, the "new highly advanced" part.
