8/25/16
+ Added Dark Archon + High Templar Capture point.
~ can be captured in mid like hatchery or Arb.
+ You can now upgrade the tech for most units.
~ Some tech is more expensive than others.
+ Some buildings have been switched around for balancing.
+ Most "cells" have been re shaped slightly to be less annoying.
+ All capture-able buildings can now be seen on the minimap.

+ Removed camera center between each round.
+ ALL tech can now be researched.
+ Some old tech has received price changes.
+ Overlords now give +1 to income every round.
+ Overlords now cost 40 from 45.
+ Scourges cost 20 from 50.
+ Kill income is now TEAM-CENTRIC.
~ If an enemy on the other team dies, your whole team gets +1 mineral. All death loss is personal.
+ Added Science Vessel to where the scv capture point is.
+ The following units can now be built from their respective buildings:
~ Medic(30m), Valkyrie(60m), Corsairs(60).
+ Terran group gives 3 marines instead of 2.
9/8/16+ Balanced most tech prices that randomly costed gas, or otherwise were not balanced at all.
+ Players starting positions are now randomized.
~ With starting groups that already exist, this implementation adds a bit of randomness to your beginnings.
+ Most terran buildings now have supply depots.
+ Once again made some minor changes to mid, don't expect much noticeable difference here.
~ Victory trigger has been removed. You can now practice capturing cells by yourself.
+ Medics now cost 15 from 30.
