Fixed from Hero Wars Imjin ME: spells stacking (Spell A, then Spell B; Spell B lasts longer), and reduced the hp of DA Amberbush. ----------------- HERO WARS IMJIN XP - hero + footmen + spell, historically based, about the Korean War of 1592-1598 (i.e. Japanese invasions of Korea) ----------------- BACKGROUND - 16th century East Asia, under the tributary system of Ming China.. China is corrupt, and while considerably powerful it's not as strong as it should be.. Korea has little corruption, but factionalism & rivalry is so strong--> detrimental. the expectations are so high that incompetent ppl use them against the virtuous & intelligent individuals. in both korea & china, military are in ruin (b/c Confucianism disregards military as unworthy work).. both are advanced (\& prosperous. japan, after 100 yrs of civil war, is in ruin, but their economy is getting back up. japan is backwardly - unlike korea & china, japan stinks in scholarship, can't print, doesnt excel in art, doesnt make good porcelains, stink in ironworking (i.e. cant make good cannons).. but they do have guns that came from portugal, and japanese can produce the arquebuses... japanese leader hideyoshi attaks korea, because his 1/2 million men needs some form of employment, also for personal glory. japanese sweep up the peninsula, captures capital in 3 weeks, and goes up to pyeongyang. china comes to aid @ 1st w/ 5000 troops but when theyre defeated they mobilize with 45000 - 5000 come from java, thailand, sumatra, ryukyu, etc.. meanwhile korean admiral yi sun shin develops the turtle ship (possibly 1st ironclad worship) & using the crane formation he annihilates the japanese navy... in the end the japanese retreat. --------------------- Banking is based on interest rate - once you build shield battery (only 1), you dont get fixed increase in income- more money you have in your pocket, more income boost you get.
Handicap system on income @ 3v2, 2v1, 3v1.
Tactical - enough space to make maneuvers... also there are blocks of water by the main entrance, so flanking is needed

easy game play, neat setup - above base, you have your own upgrade buildings (so you can hotkey, use freely w/o observers), below base you have barrack to cast spells with (build unit at barrack to cast spel), spells are displayed below barrack (the ones you chose), all places plyrs need to be aware of are in white or striped white, the game pings locations that you need to know to play every 10 seconds
income based on both kills & territory control
