How do you become good at bounds?

You don't, you get progressively worse.

You get good at bounding by practicing, but there is no point. The bounding community is slowly dying along with the mapping community.

You play don't play on LAN, thats how.

Play BT2 over...and over...and over...and over...and over....(x100) again.

That would only make you good at BT2

Just practice alot on different maps but it can take quite awhile to get good at bounds.

Beat Blu-lit Bound, with the expansion. You may save, but you must not skip levels. Only then will you be sufficient.

If you want to get good at bounds, start with the easy ones like Heaven Bound.

Or, if you want some bounds with actual variety, play Mario Adventure Bound. It isn't like your typical bound that only has explosions.

Dont play on Fastest speed, fast and faster provides a much easier experiance

Easier != necessarily good practice. I found that, when I was new to Halo, I could plow through situations that troubled me on Heroic ( hey, I suck at FPSes >.> ) after playing Legendary for even a few minutes. While too much challenge can be bad practice when it's to the degree that one doesn't survive at all, this generally doesn't apply to Bounds.
Furthermore, the difference in difficulty is one that's detrimental to abilities in any other speed-setting. Response times are, proportionately, different, and a lot of bounding involves figuring out how early to click to get one's unit to move at just the right frame.

Actually, unit speed increase is greater than the trigger speed increase when speed is increased. So playing on fastest makes bounds easier. (It actually makes some bounds impossible to play them on slower speeds.)
You could simply train with people you know on Bounds

I'm ok at bounds. I beat hypa bound all the way through w/o saves. If you can get anywhere near beating scribe bound you are teh win at bounds.
