How to make the medic's heal also restore, using PyMS or firegraft?
None.
Using those tools, the only way I can think of would be PyICE if there's an instruction to cast a specific spell, and add that instruction where there is a signal in the healing animation of the medic.
If there isn't such instruction, I have no idea if it's possible.
If it's not possible, then GPTP is probably more likely to help.
Maybe adding the "useweapon" / "fireweapon" (AICE) command to the animation (MedicSpecialState1, but not to the looped part that goes under MedicLocal03) will do the trick, as Restoration is one of the abilities that are based around a weapons.dat entry. No idea if it's going to work. The premise sounds esoteric enough for me to think that it's GPTP territory.
