It has come to my attention that my competitors are citing events that, not only are unfortunate but also were out of my control. Yes, we've all made mistakes but let us not forget the very first original emoticon added which in its time brought you many memes. Let us not forget that it was MY creation and it was the emoticon that started all the custom ones which allowed you to many many many ammounts of memeing like :voyager: and much more.

So I've been thinking of what to do in the event of a tie for mayor, and I'd like you all to chime in on some possibilities:

1. The person who had the most votes first gets Mayor
2. All tied persons get Mayor, LMAO
3. All tied persons play a game of rock-paper-scissors, PMing me their hand, LMAO
4. The voting keeps going until someone else votes for one of the tied people, in which case that person gets Mayor
