Ok. I changed the defiler to scourge mode and added it to the infested command center. Its still not building though.
I edited the requirements and everything. What am I forgetting?
Never mind, I figured it out.

Also, is it possible to have a second Science Vessel type unit with a turret type thing and is it possible to add a weapon to it? I want for them alongside other special units to be built at specific places like hiring mercs. I will add the example renegade science vessel and the main mod beta to illustrate and for you to help fix the Infested Command Center.

It's possible to have another Science Vessel type unit. It does not use a sub unit. It spawns an image overlay in its initial animation sequence. You'll have to see for yourself what I mean by looking in its iscript (for its Base).

What fixing does the Infested Command Center need?

THe ICC doesn't need any fixing now, I figured out the problem. It was a firegraft issue. I left morph unit there instead of create unit.

But it's good to hear about the other thing. Tell me though, is it possible to give it an attack? Because in the past I've attempted to give the SciVess an attack, and I'm pretty sure I tried to change the iscript, but to no effect. kept making it crash. Has anyone succeeded in the past?
And are there spare units I can replace with the "elite/merc" units other than critters? I want to do at least two for each race. Maybe three.
Speaking of which, I'm wondering if anyone's willing to do some Unit modifications. Say, for example, to make an Elite dragoon & other Elite Protoss, special Hunter Killer breed & Kulkulza grp, and perhaps a specialized Goliath or something.

Edit: With regard to the renegade sci vessel grp I have in the OP for you to look at, you'll notice that it has 16 frames.
The first three are presumably a trigger animation which would replace the "glowing balls" on the original sci vessel.
When I looked at the Original "wessel", I saw it has only one frame.
In that regard I'll need help developing an iscript for the renegade sci vessel.

Giving a unit like the Science Vessel an attack or any other animation requires checking that both the turret it spawns in its imgol opcode and the base itself have a script for the corresponding animation.

So both the turret and the base need ground and/or air attack animations programmed in. Both will play when the unit attacks.

You should edit your Renegade Science Vessel GRP by deleting all duplicate frames. You can get by with simply setting the corresponding image.dat entry to have no turning frames/frame mirroring.

OK, so would you be able to help me with adding attack portions to the iscripts for both the turret and the base for the iscript? I'll get to work editing the renegade grp.
