In response to the sudden issues people have been having with lat plugs here is a basic guide for repairing/forwarding your ports, both on your router and your computer; which seems to fix UDP issues, and additionally this often allows users to host games.

Quick Guide for Techies
- Remove any firewall entries blocking StarCraft
- Allow ports 6112-6119 UDP & TCP, inbound and outbound on your computer
- Forward ports 6112-6119 from your router to your computers address (or use port triggering, but try forwarding to the computer you most use StarCraft on if issues persist)
Step 1 - Clearing existing StarCraft entries in your computer's firewall
1.1 - Hold down the windows button (looks like a flag, or 4 squares put together) on your keyboard, then press r (this should bring up a Run window).

Step 3 - Forwarding ports from your router to your computer
3.1 - Hold down the windows button (looks like a flag, or 4 squares put together) on your keyboard, then press r (this should bring up a Run window).
3.2 - Type in cmd and hit 'OK' (this should bring up a command prompt)
3.3 - Type in ipconfig and hit enter
3.4 - Find the heading for your internet connection, if you are on wired it should read something like 'Ethernet Adapter', if you are on wireless it should read something like 'Wireless Lan Adapter' (ignore any that say 'media disconnected'), make note of the default gateway and your IPv4 address.
Your default gateway should be 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1, 172.16.0.1, or 10.0.0.1, if it's not any of these your computer has probably been given a public IP address, if this is the case, there is no need to forward ports on your router.
To be precise, if the IPv4 Address is in these ranges you need to have ports forwarded on your router:
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
3.5 - Open your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox).
3.6 - Type in your default gateway in your browser.
3.7 - You should now be at your routers login page... if not make sure you have the correct default gateway.
3.8 - Find your routers login information, sometimes a family member set it up, sometimes it's written on your router or is on the documentation for your device. You can also try some of the common logins (usernames: administrator, admin, (blank); passwords: administrator, admin, password, (blank)), or use your browser to search for the default password for your router name/brand (may be shown on the login page or written on your router).
3.9 - Find the 'port forwarding' page...
Usually this is under a section/sub-section called 'advanced' or 'security' or 'firewall'. The page may also be called something like 'Add Exception' or 'Allow a program through firewall' and so fourth.
3.10 - Add ports 6112-6119 TCP and UDP for the IPv4 address you noted above.
Common fields (you may have differently named fields):
IP Address: (the IPv4 address you noted above)
Ports: 6112-6119
Protocol: Both (or TCP and UDP, you may need to make two rules, one for UDP and one for TCP)
3.11 - Click any sort of save/confirm/submit button if present.
3.12 - Close the router page in your browser.
Step 4.0 - Check if your issues are resolved
If so,
If not let me know, if you had trouble with the guide please let me know where you started having issues.
I may also be able to help you over TeamViewer (remote control software, search for it on the internet, quite simple to install), but do not post your TeamViewer information publicly, pm me (or other ranked SEN members who may offer their help).
