The server is down atm, the panel is unreachable and I've already submitted a ticket. EDIT: Tech support has replied back and says that the server will be up within the hour (and they'll extend the subscription by 2 days in compensation) I connected via ftp to check the logs and don't see anything out of the ordinary.
I don't see the server online.

That was me being a dunce and forgetting to start the server after I had panel access
Good news: I've collected a bunch of iron (27 iron ore) that's being smelted, so I'll have a pickaxe momentarily. I have another furnace cooking food, so I have about 30 pieces of cooked meat. I have plenty of torches, tools, and resources, and could potentially survive here indefinitely.
Bad news: I have no idea where "here" is because I got lost while sailing around the ocean
I'm torn between sailing back out and hoping I find something recognizable (unlikely, as I've been lost at sea for about 10 in-game days), or using the iron pickaxe to dig down to the lowest strata, finding a cave system leading down further, exploring the lowest strata, looking for redstone, and then making a compass (risky, since it involves exploring a pitch-black cave system).
Most likely, I'll be making some glass and some ladders and then digging downwards. As risky as it is, I probably have a better chance of finding redstone than I do of finding my way back without a compass
The eggs I brought back yielded 2 chickens! After the process of grinding 420 and feeding seeds, I have come out with a total of 4 chickens, 3 fabrics, and 5 fibers. I'll be at my base trying to farm more 420 until I have enough for the next age. I want to upgrade the farm at spawn, but I need iron so I can get into the next strata.
After numerous creeper explosions around my shitty dirt house, I've decided to construct a permanent home on my landmass. I'm also 1/4 of the way there to the next tech tree as well

Me and a friend rented a server a while ago. We're using a slightly slimmed down version of the Resonant Rise pack. The server is getting a bit empty with only two or three people on, so if any of you want to join, PM me your username and I'll get back to you with server details.
