I am making a survival map where computer units search/destroy player units
and the player must survive.
Since the players can use burrowed units for stealth, I dont want computer to just
automatically share player's vision. But I also dont want computer to have no response to burrowed lurkers. So how should I fix this problem?
I am using AI random suicide missions and also gave computers scanner sweep. Thing is when burrowed lurker is around other visible units like ultralisk, computer doesnt bother to sweep at all. So is there
way that computer see only lurkers automatically?
None.

No, there really isn't a simple way to do that. I'd personally just not allow players to use Lurkers to solve that problem.
According to this,
http://www.staredit.net/starcraft/Spells_%28Terran%29 the computers should be using their scanner sweep to detect the lurkers, so maybe someone else can chime in as to why they are not. My guess would perhaps be the custom AI script you are using.
None.
This would only be possible/plausible via modding.
