Someone over at Teamliquid.net is trying to register here to ask a modding question, he says this:

I've already taken note and know how to fix this, but it requires an accesslevel only Devlin has. I have messaged him about what to do. Expecting this to be done within minutes once devlin has logged in (from home). Unfortunate timing, though.
