Just trying to gather some info about when the average peeps on SEN sleep and for how much...
I'll go first:
I go to sleep at midnight and wake up at 9 for my 11-7 shifts, though sometimes I can be up till 1 or 2. I have a lot of sleep debt and no idea how to pay it all off
I'd like to be asleep by midnight and wake up at 9:45-10 for my class at 11, but I always end up not starting my homework until like 11 pm, so I don't end up going to sleep until like 1:30, which is what's going to happen tonight.
EDIT: Did I say 1:30? I meant more like 2, except it takes me like 30+ minutes to fall asleep, so it's more like 2:30. ;o

I typically sleep around 1 or 2 AM. Wake up around 7, go to work around 8.

sleep at around 11, get up at around 6:30
getting to bed can be up to 2 hours later or, if I feel exhausted 1-1.5 hours earlier and up to 1 hour later to get up.

I usually sleep at midnight/1am and wake up around 6:30/7am and go to work. Fridays and Saturdays I wouldnt sleep till like 9am the next day and I'd be out until 4-5pm.
Usually I go to sleep around 2 or 3 am and wake up at 10 or 11 for work at noon or like 1 or 2 days I don't work, except for the past week or so I've been going to bed between 1 and 2 and waking up around 9 or 10, even on days I don't work. ;o
If I didn't work so early I'd easily sleep until mid to late afternoon.
When I used to work at 5 or 6 pm it was not uncommon for me to have to wake up to go to work after having gone to bed between 5 and 7 am.

This was me before I got a job.
I go to sleep around 6AM CST and wake up at 2PM except Saturday mornings where I torture myself by going to sleep at 6AM and waking up at noon.
None.
I order you to forgive yourself!
Sleep? Oh right! That's what I should be doing right now

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one with a whacked-out sleep pattern - though some of you guys I question how you're still alive
Cheers.
I always try to get 7 1/2 hours of sleep (actual sleep, not just lying in bed) and always try to wake up at least before 9, so anywhere from 10 PM to 1 AM depending on when I'm tired or when I have to be up the next day.
During the week: 0:00AM till 6:00AM or 8:00AM, depending on when I have to leave the house
Weekends: 2:00-4:00AM till 10:00AM or 11:00AM, but this really differs on weekends.

Whenever I feel like it, although right now it's too hot in the afternoon to sleep then
Monday(Tuesday?) - Thursday(Friday?): Go to sleep before 2 AM, then wake up at 5 AM (Except on Fridays; day off)
Saturday(Sunday?) - Sunday(Monday?): Drink with the crew until about Midnight, then sleep at around 4 AM, then wake up whenever before 1 PM (Except on Mondays; day off)
None.
I sleep between 11pm and 6am. Sometimes I go to bed as early as nine.

So am I the only one who goes to sleep between 8:00-9:00 PM and wakes up at 3:30 AM? You guys don't know what you're missing: it's so quiet and peaceful in the early morning, and there's absolutely no traffic. Way better than late night.
Ideally, I try to be in bed at 6:00pm and wake up at 2:00am; I start work at 6:00, and I'm usually more productive when I'm fretting over leaving soon than when I've just gotten home, so I try to maximize that.
More often than not, though

I've been trying to train myself to get up at five so I can hit the gym before work instead of trying to squeeze it in ayer work, but it hasn't worked out that way yet.
3:30 sounds excessive though
