You know come to think of it, there was one guy in the corner of the room drenched in sweat. He looked scared as he was tightening his vest. [Laughing] As if someone would outright shoot him in such a public place, right? I shouldn't joke. That's harsh of me, especially with what happened.
By the way, the reason Demon was so upset last game when he was up for lynching vs. Aristocrat was because he believed Inferno was killed by Aristocrat. He wanted revenge, and he felt that it wouldn't come unless Aristocrat was lynched that day. He also has a huge need for self-preservation (even if it is at the cost of the town), and so those two main factors contributed to his emotional involvement.
@Poison I can see why that's confusing (especially sine I didn't vote this round) but I would like to ensure to you that this isn't a flip in behavior. Each game dictates it gets played differently. Aristocrat might annoy me sometimes in the sbox, but I don't let my feelings from outside the game determine how I feel about them during the game (unlike some of the other contestants here).
I wasn't referring to the change in behavior from last game in relation to non-game areas. I meant to say that your rationale for voting against Aristocrat last game was that he had a hidden agenda, and you made a point that that was why you were voting for him. You even acknowledged several times that you believed him to be town, but you thought a living townsperson with a hidden agenda would be more detrimental to the town than a dead one. Aristocrat had indicated he had a hidden agenda once more, so I would have expected you to vote for him.
And yeah, I know you aren't the kind of person who holds grudges from last game, or from outside of the game. I didn't mean to indicate you were; most people aren't, or at least don't openly do so.
EDIT: Demon, if Aristocrat turns out to be town, I'm voting for you the next day. No hard feelings, just a heads-up.
If Aristo turns out to be town, at least we'll get a blind killer out of the way. His town to mafia kill ratio is like 3:1, and yet everyone still blindly follows him. I'm not sure how he got labeled as a "good" player, but it's ridiculous how easily he can make up shit to start band wagons.
I don't remember you calling me out before I got an extra hit (I believe it was Roy who had proof against me, and I died that day), but I do happen to remember you killing multiple townies in a row before you luckily guessed the right person. I mean, really, how hard is it to go down the list and kill people one-by-one before you get to a mafia player, especially when there's only one left who has no killing powers? Stop kidding yourself, Aristocrat. You haven't done anything in Mafia unless you've been part of the last five remaining players, in which case you've simply guessed, and everyone has followed your stupid "leads."
If you all listen to Aristocrat, you'll be heading down the path of lil-Inferno's game, and I'll joyously be sitting on the sidelines yelling, "LOL TOWN SUCKS" over and over again.
Your claims were nothing more than guesses. You were incriminating me from the very first day, when there was no behavior to analyze. There was nothing that I did in that game to lead you to believe that I was mafia. You got lucky with your guess.
I'm still waiting to hear your proof on me being a Mafia, though. I've presented mine; I think you should do the same.
I did not have copy-pasted evidence. I used the evidence that our host so graciously decided to give us.
You've been right about my role in one game where I played badly. You've been wrong in every other claim you've made about me. Your past does not give you any support, Aristomafia.
If I was Mafia, I wouldn't have gone after lil-Inferno. You really think I'd try to frame you? Please, bro, that's too easy. Even I could realize what the results of that would be.
Face it, Aristohitman, you're scum. It's about time you stop killing innocents in all these games. You're dying today.
I waited to post it during the day so that Aristokiller couldn't target me at night. Of course, doing so would have solidified his position as Mafia, but I'd rather play deep into the game this time.
I hope you realize that there is absolutely no evidence against me or kame in that conversation. I don't know what you're trying to prove here, Aristomobster. The only thing that shows is that you cannot be trusted, and that you'll even backstab people to achieve your goal.
You heard it here, people. Aristocrat does not care about the town. He's got his own agenda he's pursuing, and it's getting him nowhere. The cries of a desperate, guilty man mean nothing to me, and they should mean nothing to you all as well.
I just remembered that lil gave me his PM. I just reread it, and hot damn, does it have some interesting stuff.
Time is money.
This has proven true over your lifetime, and it is quite literal in some instances: you have large investments in stocks that fluctuate with each passing second. Recently, though, the local economy has been in poor shape, due to what you suspect to be organized crime and the resulting rapid decline of customers. As CFO of the Kate's Grocery outlet, the largest store in the town, you are the most invested in figuring out if a person is an innocent townsperson or not. Every innocent life taken is another lost customer, after all.
Aristocrat works at Kate's. lil-Inferno was the CFO there. Aristocrat is poor. lil-Inferno was rich. He was jealous of lil's money, and that's why he killed him. Roy's story in the Night 1 post tells us so. Too easy of a clue, you say? I'd like to say no, it is not. These clues could only be found by cross-referencing two separate players' PMs. It's a shame that the Mafia player so graciously revealed his PM for the entire world to see.
The evidence is indisputable, Aristocrat. Give it up. You're dead.
No, lil and I (as well as a few others) teamed up with each other at the start of the game, sharing our roles and PMs. We've done this in basically every game for the past few months.
You were quick to vote for Kame to even the votes against Aristocrat. Your evidence was the sarcastic, troll conversation that lil-Inferno had with her. You've been throwing around other insinuations as well. You better watch out, ray.
You can vote for me, but all you're accomplishing is Aristocrat's goal to remove everyone that's on his hitlist from the game. I can tell you that I'm townie, as I almost always am in mafia. I'm not 100% sure that Aristocrat is Mafia, but the evidence is too good to just be a coincidence, and I highly doubt Roy would include red herrings (although that'd be lulzy as shit).
The only reason I'm accusing people who defend Aristocrat is because they provide no logical argument for his innocence and are just voting for other random people without any proof of anything.
If you defend Aristocrat, you're likely Mafia. If you're a townie, then you're just stupid. If Aristocrat is a townie, I'm sure the Mafia would love for him to stay alive so that he could get other townies killed in his murderous quest for self-righteousness. That's what I'd do, at least. Like I said before, his townie to mafia kill ratio is like 3:1.
I'm not sure what you mean by saying that I = Ray. Are you saying I'm throwing around random accusations without any proof? Because unless you're blind, you can clearly see my overwhelming evidence against Aristocrat. Do you expect me to be kind to people who defend a murderer? They're good as dead to me. The safety of the town is all I care about.
You're smarter than this, poison. Don't became a sheep to Aristoserialkiller like so many others have before.
Look, Demon, I think it's great you finally have something to have a backbone for. But throwing around threats in a Mafia game is something you do not do idly. That means either you're willing to have a vig hit someone who you simply disagree with, or you're a mafia.
And knock it off with the Aristo[whatever] names. It's not cute, it's not funny, it only makes you seem more emotionally involved in a game that necessitates logic. Speaking of which, how does it feel being Azrael's puppet?
Are you kidding me? Throwing around threats is something you don't do in Mafia? Since when? Show me the last time we had a game where people weren't throwing around accusations and threats from Day 1. Hell, show me one where people weren't doing that before the game even started.
Also, I hope you realize Aristocrat started the whole name calling thing.
HCM™Aristocrat -- I am amused by the fact that Dem0nISm0k3w33dS1ayer thinks that's enough to get me lynched HCM™Aristocrat -- Oh, that reminds me. Lotus, as said before, I had evidence against Aristocrat two days ago, right after the opening post was made. I kept it to myself because I did not want to get killed at night. As soon as Roy posted the night results, I typed up my evidence against Aristocrat and posted it. I sent the same evidence to lil-Inferno and Raccoon in a PM during Night 1 just in case I was killed off that night.
I did add lil-inferno's name after seeing that he was killed only because it further solidified Aristocrat's position as Mafia. He hates me and lil, so if either of us died, Aristo was going to be suspicious. I'm glad he actually killed lil, because now we can irrefutable evidence against him.
Please show me the evidence you guys have against me. Please, do it. I beg you. I want you to incriminate me. Just post it right here. Everything you've got on me. I can't wait to see it all.
None of you have anything on me. The fact that you're voting for me is ridiculous, when the evidence against Aristocrat is undeniable. I not only have clues against him, but his behavior doesn't help his case at all. You guys say I've had it out for Aristocrat every game? You all really need to learn to see things from both sides. Why do you think I've wanted Aristocrat dead? He always goes for me, as well as other townies, just because he thinks they're mafia. He's stupid, and everyone follows him.
There is nothing at all that any of you can say to incriminate me. I haven't done anything but state the facts. All you guys are basing your votes off of are actions that both Aristocrat and I are guilty of, yet I'm the only one being seen as suspicious for them.
Those three are the only three in the past 50 winners who are playing. The reason I chose Aristocrat out of the three is because the other information in that post made references to Aristocrat. The night post, in conjunction with Aristo and Inferno's PMs, made it even more obvious.
Lanthanide, please, read my posts before you attack me. I already stated, numerous times, that I had that evidence before the night even ended. I did not want to post it at night because I did not want to be targeted. As soon as Roy posted the night 1 results, I posted my evidence. Also, how does the raffle thing not make sense? So what if the roles were picked randomly? The night post went up after the roles were distributed, so there very well could be a clue in there. You don't make any sense.
Perhaps, but it's a lead. You can't disprove my connection between the PMs and the Night 1 post, so that basically shows Aristocrat is guilty right there. And if you're so sure that Aristo isn't mafia, please, suggest someone else. If you can prove that someone is mafia, I'll switch to them.
Do you want to disprove it, or do you want to sit here and troll me, proving that you have absolutely no fucking idea how to even begin playing this game?
I've already stated the relevance and the importance of my findings. All you guys are doing is saying, "lolnope," and ending it there. You aren't telling me why it's invalid other than "I don't think so."
I don't "just want to kill Aristocrat." I have proof against him, and that's why I'm voting for him. If you guys can find better reasoning for lynching someone else, post it, and I may change my vote. But so far, nobody has given any real reasoning as to why are/aren't voting for someone. Just saying, it really seems like you're forcing clues in order to get Aris lynched.I'll say this one more time. I'm pushing so hard for Aristocrat because it's the only semi-solid lead the town has. There isn't any evidence against anyone else. Find me some evidence, then maybe I'll change my mind. This is honestly how I've felt all day.
Oh, my god. You guys -REALLY- need to learn how to read my posts. I've said COUNTLESS times that the only reason I'm pushing so hard for Aristocrat is because he's the only sensible lead we have right now. How many times do I have to say that, if you guys can find actual evidence against someone else, I'll possibly change my vote? I mean, seriously, I've said this at least five times in the thread. Please, read my posts for once.
You guys act as if I'm so evil for playing the game. I don't see any of you trying to do ANYTHING. If you think Aristocrat is innocent, find someone else to lynch, instead of just sitting here for 15 hours saying, "durr i think their both innocent but im gonna vote for them anyway." I don't play mafia to sit here each day and not have a lynch. Every day we have a no lynch is just one day more that we give the mafia extra power. Days are the only time the town has control. If we don't utilize the votes, we're definitely going to be screwed, especially if three hits are made tonight.
And what are you waiting for anyways? More clues to clearly pick out the mafia? Like all you have said, Roy's clues are probably impossible to find, so anything you guys find will immediately be discredited, just like mine.
Oh well. Nothing too detrimental to the town. It's pretty funny to see how much sorer a loser Aristocrat is than me. At least he wanted out of the game in the beginning this time, instead of deep into the game like in lil-Inferno's game.. Why would I be raging? I accomplished what I set out to do. Even though Aristocrat wasn't mafia, the town is still a little safer now.

It might be referring to the Bulletproof.
The Bulletproof is a "crafty member of the ship's crew," not someone wearing a bulletproof vest. It's just as likely referring to a regular Crewmember as it is a Bulletproof. Either way, the scared/sweat part doesn't make sense for a bulletproof, whereas it fits perfectly for the narrative of a Paranoid Vigilante.

I read it as the vig was wearing some kind of vest over his bombs he rigged himself with

So... just like this game, then?
Inferno died the second night, right? After Inferno died, Demon basically said nothing other than Vrael is absolutely undoubtedly innocent. Seriously, look back through the last day's posts, there's only one in which he didn't tell people to ask Vrael if he's town, and that's when he voted TiKels, not Aristocrat. And considering Vrael's a likely future hub, I'm wondering now if Inferno wasn't mafia and Vrael was a buddy.
For the record, Inferno claimed to me at the beginning of the game and asked who he should target (I told him I'd test myself to know if I was the Traitor or not; evidently, he didn't follow my advice). He hadn't said anything to me beyond that initial PM. I wasn't sure if I could trust his claim, so I was asking in the thread for the Scientist to proxy their results for someone else to post. He never messaged me about it; I don't know if that indicates his innocence or guilt (maybe he was concerned of another/the actual Scientist to come forward?).
Right, yeah. I remember seeing lil-Inferno that night, too. I asked him how he was doing, and he just said he was in a hurry and couldn't talk. I later read in the report that when he was found, his hand was positioned in such a way that he was holding something when he was killed. I gather whatever he was holding was taken by whoever killed him.
Based on this, it sounds like Inferno was, in fact, a Scientist.
The reason Inferno died was because he failed to claim his absurdly powerful role when we asked him to, intentionally depriving the town of useful information.
I think it is obvious that lil-Inferno was in fact our Scientist, and Aristocrat killed him. I'm going to try and be a hub, as the only player he (successfully) investigated.
During Day 1 lil-inferno contacted me and informed me that he found me "non-Cylon", and to tell me he was scientist. I didn't quite trust him, but I agreed to act as his proxy in the thread for his results. He told me his intended investigation for Night 2 was Aristocrat, who was subsequently lynched. Unfortunately, lil-inferno's results would have told us whether we correctly lynched a cylon or a vigilante, and I must admit my failure to protect inferno. Inferno wanted to resolve the Aristo/Demon situation, and in the meantime I was trying to find a Doctor to get inferno protection. I think I have successfully contacted our Doctor, and will begin collaborating with him.
If you guys want me for hub, I'm in, but I won't be passing roles along right away to anyone except the doctor.

This does clear up why lil wouldn't send his results to Roy, who clearly was trying to organize the town. I'm willing to accept Stacy as our hub.
Also there was a guy there I didn't recognize. He looked nervous, definitely awkward. Sorry I'm having trouble thinking straight. Stop me if I start ranting and rambling and going on and on because I have a tendency to do that sometimes.
I made my usual rounds. I know what you're insinuating. I had a few too many to drink and my memory may be hazy about that night. I remember the important things, at least. Someone died that night, that was important. You know just the other day I was looking out at the stars and thinking about Earth. The fabled Earth. Do you ever wonder if we'll ever get there? Sometimes I don't, but then I have these vivid dreams about life there, though that's silly right because I've never even seen it before so that doesn't make sense. I'm rambling, aren't I?
<Recording skip>
So there he was staring at someone else in the common room when that woman came up and started flirting. Actually flirting is putting it lightly. This was more like a welcomed sexual assault. [Laughing]
What else? Um. There was a small group huddled in the corner. I think they were discussing goat farming. Or maybe goat herding. Or hurting goats? Frak. I did have too much to drink.

No, I'm not sure how Observer12425 died. He dropped dead on his way back from the tribunal. Last I saw, he was there a while talking to some officials. They were gossiping about the recent news that Galactica finally killed a Cylon onboard. Of course that came with the cost of 3 crewmembers thus far. I wish we were that lucky. [Sighs] I'm not a doctor, so I obviously don't have access to medical records, but I'm guessing it was some planned attack due to the lack of bullet or stab wounds.
Hey what's this all really for anyway? And can someone back there get me some aspirin? My head is killing me.

Day 3 begins now. Voting ends tonight [Tuesday] at 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time).
To me, it seems evident that there has something to be hidden in that thread: http://www.staredit.net/topic/15627/ Aspirin and Goats are definitely clues. No idea what they refer to, though.
'They were gossiping about the recent news that Galactica finally killed a Cylon onboard. Of course that came with the cost of 3 crewmembers thus far. '
I'm having a bit of trouble reading this properly, is this referring to another ship or did we manage to kill a member of mafia?
ugh, and now my fail attempt at clue analysis

He looked nervous, definitely awkward.
We have so many awkward members on SEN this could speak to any number of people. But, possibly Tikels, as he's the one picked on for how much he brags abaout his mundane social experiences? Or perhaps Demon for not getting out much?

Sexual Assault = Nude Raider synonym?

Roy and Nude are both also admin/mod of SEN. This is a stretch for a clue, though, and I only mention it due to the Sexual Assault clue pointing to Nude.

Payne has discussed the idea of a communal farm before, correct? But he hasn't really gotten his point across clearly. He could also arguably be awkward.
I am interesting your input on what I have posted.
EDIT: Upon further reflection, GeneralPie is a nervous player from my experience, see the first clue I posted. He also has General in his name, an official, so see that clue. Unless I'm convinced otherwise I vote for GeneralPie for lynch.

Wat. I get out plenty, thank you very much.
Funny, I see you on Skype a lot on nights, especially on the weekends. That or else you're playing Halo. Doesn't seem to infer a very healthy social life.
I hardly even play Halo and I hang out with my friends plenty. But that's beside the point. I'm not mafia, so you should take me off of your suspicion list.
