Ladies and gentleman, I present to you, Middle of the Ocean 2. I made the first one for a one week mapping contest, so I thought it was only appropriate to make a sequel for Kaias' One Week Mapping Contest. I hope you guys like it as much as you liked the first! I put a little more effort into this one. Well, the map isn't very heavily storyline based, so I'll just get right into it with some screenshots (without giving too much away).

Do you know how to use the download database??

They told me SC BW mapping wasn't dead. Looks dead to me.

You've got 10 downloads in less then a week. More will no doubt come. Just how many dls do you need before you think something isn't dead?

Plus I got mine off someone hosting it in free for all mode.

Just checked this out, haven't beat it yet, but looks very nice. Does a good job making you feel like you're not playing Starcraft, well as much as a SC map can.

Leeroy, this map is really fun. I had much fun to accomplish it. The map has a great atmosphere. The fishing system is very neat! I like that the map doesn't immediatelly throw player into a combat, but rather it gives you a nice way to make money in alternative ways. The only thing I haven't done was a woman quest after the forest. She says that she dropped something in the waterfall and I had no idea how to get it. I was trying to fish everywhere at both sides, but in vain. Also some feedback for the monster in the deep of the sea. I wish there was something more than just killing it in combat. At least this: you must destroy creep colonies before the monster becomes attackable or something like a more interesting terrain at it's place where there is a narrow passage that he can't pass and the player must run around to do something before he actually can kill the monster. Also, I wish the story ending wasn't that predictable, I wish there was something that you doesn't expect in the end, or at least that you must escape the island after the job is done.... I wish it wasn't finished simply LIKE THAT.

i just played in beat it in under a hour it was super fun i just wish there was more like when i did the quest to kill the lurkers he said spine armor i thought i was about to get some new cool armor since i bought the other 2 via the fishing game before i even started fighting this map while being super fun just feels like the demo for a SC1 LEGEND map your going to make asap...am i right? maybe have more then 1 kind of fish u can catch with some suprises in there...more armor...spells like the first one...its really great how u did everything though good job

and SC isnt as active as it was a couple years ago but people still play and still come back to sen once a month or so like me to get alittle bit of nostalgia
